Textile Collage Artwork Workshop

Stitch your own mini-landscape in this fun workshop. Practise your stitching and create something magical while you enjoy the art of slow stitching!

The workshop will include:

• Learning to read embroidery patterns.
• How to choose the correct material, yarn or thread, and needle.
• How to do various embroidery stitches
• How to create a good composition.

By the end of the workshop, you'll have a firm grasp of the technique and will have a completed textile collage mini landscape to take home with you. 

The workshop includes all the necessary materials to complete your landscape: fabric, wool, thread, needle and pattern. If you would like to bring along some of your own scrap fabrics please do so you can incorporate them into your design. You only need small pieces.
